Financial Statements:  
Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, General Ledger and easy to understand bank reconciliation reports are provided on a monthly basis to all our clients. Specialized reports are designed and provided as needed.  At year end, we will prepare the complete packages that go to your tax preparer, answer questions they have, and enter any adjusting entries they might provide. 

Accounts Payable: 
Some clients have us pay bills on a recurring basis – weekly, bi-weekly, etc.  We maintain the vendor files, reconcile statements, and send out 1099s at year end.  We often mail out the checks from our office, so the only paperwork the client deals with is the box of files to store at the end of the year.  And, we’re working on that!

Payroll: 

We offer payroll services for monthly bookkeeping clients.  We calculate taxes, schedule electronic payments, complete tax returns and W2s at year end.  Workers compensation forms are completed and annual workers compensation audits are hosted at our office.   If you use a payroll service, we will integrate those transactions into your comprehensive financials.

Accounts Receivable:

Most of our clients do their own billing, or have a POS system at a retail establishment.  We do some billing, and track Accounts Receivable for those clients.  We complete Sales Tax returns for the client. We will balance daily sales sheets from retail establishments and make sure that expected payments are received whether credit card, cash, Food Stamps, lottery,  etc.
